Watercolor
Very soon, for the first time, Eudes Correia, an internationally acclaimed artist from Brazil, will come to Mexico to lead a workshop during the 3rd International Art Festival RÍOS DE COLOR in Mexico City, Mexico, titled “Watercolor.”
Eudes will offer a second workshop, with the dates and subject to be announced once the first workshop reaches full capacity.
Dates
October 6-7, 2026.
Schedule: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)
Participants may attend just one day of the workshop for half the full registration fee.
Both workshop days will be held in Mexico City from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a 1-hour lunch break.
Note: Daily schedules may be adjusted slightly. Some workshops may begin at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. The final schedule will be confirmed in August.

MATERIALS LIST FOR THE WORKSHOP – EUDES CORREIA
General Materials
• Palette (it is important that it has enough space for color mixing).
• Paper towels.
• Sponge (for removing excess paint from brushes).
• Pencil or 0.5 mm / 0.7 mm mechanical pencil with 2B graphite.
• Soft eraser (kneaded eraser type).
• Masking tape.
• Water container.
• Water spray bottle.
• Palette knife.

All colors used by Eudes Correia are from Winsor & Newton, although other brands may also be used.
Brushes
Natural Hair
• Petit Gris Squirrel No. 6 – Winsor & Newton.
• Round Kolinsky Sable No. 3, 5, and 7 – Winsor & Newton Series 7.
Synthetic
• One Stroke flat brush, 15 mm and 19 mm (Cotman Synthetic).
• 50 mm synthetic sable WASH brush for professionalwatercolor.
Similar brushes from other brands may be used, and natural and synthetic brushes can be combined.
Paper
• 30.5 × 40.6 cm (12 × 16 in) watercolor pad. Winsor & Newton. 300 gsm. Cold Pressed, 100% cotton.
If you have a similar paper, even from a different brand, you mayuse it as well. A full sheet measures 76 × 56 cm (30 × 22 in approximately). You can cut it into 4 pieces. If you use full sheets, please bring a board to stretch the paper.

This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but it may be transferred to another person.
The remaining balance will be paid in U.S. dollars before the start of the workshop.
Total workshop cost (2 days): $8,000 MXN or $4,000 MXN per day.

1. Pay the registration fee of 2,000 pesos to the account details provided in the form. If you are attending for only one day, the fee is 1,000 pesos for that day.

Eudes Correia
Eudes Correia, 48-year-old artist born in Tocantins, Brazil and currently living in Lisbon, Portugal, and has
worked as a cartoonist, graphic designer and illustrator for over 25 years. Since then, Eudes
started painting watercolors, and his work started gaining recognition on the internet. After
that, he decided to move to Europe to start a new stage in his career. He chose Lisbon,
Portugal, because his native language is spoken there.
Two years after his arrival, he gained a lot of notoriety in several European countries. Since
then, Eudes has been invited to events around the world, has participated in exhibitions
and given workshops in over 30 countries around the world mainly in Europe, Asia and
America. He has participated in numerous watercolor workshops in France, Spain, Italy,
United Kingdom, Slovenia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Serbia, Russia,
Pakistan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Morocco, USA, Peru, Portugal and Brazil.
Eudes is the only watercolourist in the world who is globally sponsored by the English
brand Winsor & Newton Global, one of the largest and oldest producers of artistic
materials in the world.
Eudes Correia is one of the most prominent contemporary watercolourists on the world
scene.
He turns ordinary people who pass through the city, almost invisible, into the protagonists
